GAM Task Force Roundtable The Global Allicance Matrix / GAM Düsseldorf The Global Alliance Matrix (GAM) was set up in Cologne in June 2009 under the auspices of the LfM, after several Transatlantic Dialogue meetings dived into this area deeply.
